Description:
Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk required. Reporting into an Accounts Payable Manager the role will work within a team to successfully register and process purchase invoices in preparation for payment. Scanning invoices onto system, matching all delivery notes with purchase orders, register and code invoices, verification of invoices, Process purchase invoices onto Kerridge system, Chasing and collating proof of delivery notes from suppliers, Gain authorisation for payment, Reconcile supplier statements, Relationship management with main suppliers, Resolve any queries that may arise.The successful applicant will need to have used Kerridge system and previous dealership experience would be an advantage. Candidates will need to have a methodical approach to work and the ability to prioritise, Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills required.
My client is an established retail and service business based on the outskirts of Derby. The business offers a friendly and relaxed working environment. Working Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm (1 hour lunch).
