The Bank's Debt Recovery Unit is responsible for recovering money from customers who are experiencing financial difficulties. The roleholder will undertake a range of support duties for the Recoveries Case Managers including some customer contact and general administrative tasks.

If you are a good team player, who is well organised, with a good eye for detail and a desire to learn then this could be an exciting and challenging opportunity for you.

Previous customer experience of dealing with a range of Corporate and Personal customers, managing their day to day requirements e.g. Customer Service Section, Cashier, previous experience of machine room duties and waste processing or branch experience in a lending/operations support role would gbe advantageous.
