This large, international company are currently recruiting for an experienced Manager to split their time between Risk Management and Collections (the emphasis being on the risk side). You will be managing a portfolio of accounts, training and managing groups of credit analysts and collectors, streamlining processes and implementing debt recovery strategies to improve the running of the team. The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with problem accounts and have excellent negotiating and analytical skills. You will be detailed and focused on results, with excellent management skills.
