Job Profile:This is an account management role working alongside a large credit control department. You will be responsible for the collections of debt from high street retail customers on these accounts and reducing the debtor balances and days, query resolution, customer service and identifying of process improvements.
You will enjoy a fast paced and busy working environment working alongside a friendly and supportive team.
Skills:
- You should have gained experience in the retail industry sector and have gained a minimum of 1 years credit control experience.
- You should have strong communication skills and good attention to detail
- Computer literate
