Risk Decision systems manager - SAS

Market Leader requires risk decision systems manager with extensive SAS knowledge to facilitate team growth. As well as people management, this role is accountable for managing the technical design, definition, development and unit testing of scorecard implementations and strategy changes in the clients’ SAS decisioning environment

You will work with stakeholders in designing changes to decisioning environments which achieve the best combination of quality, speed and cost. You will also perform analysis and impact assessment of business requirements to produce and procure sign-off for feasibility studies and Business Requirements Specifications. A large part of the role will be managing a team but you should still be hands on to implement changes to rules and scores through on-line decisioning engines such as Strategy Manager, Strategy Design Studio, Triad etc.


To apply for this role it is important you have an in depth commercial experience with; SAS (Base, Macro, SQL) as well as experience of Project management / scheduling / budgeting, Business Analysis and experience in managing teams of analyst / developers.

You will also need knowledge of credit industry practice relating to; Risk Management policies, lending strategies, credit scoring and application processing.
