Risk Managerc£39,800 + attractive benefits

National Curriculum Testing (NCT) is both a statutory requirement and critical to our achieving excellence in England’s education system. You will contribute to maintaining NCT integrity by providing high quality risk and issue management across this complex, multi-stakeholder area. From risk and issue workshops, to proactive quality assurance advice, you’ll ensure risks are managed, escalated where appropriate, logged efficiently and followed up as needed.
As an accredited Management of Risk (MoR) Practitioner, you will ideally support this with relevant project/programme management qualifications. Just as important however, is proven complex project management experience and a working knowledge of the education sector. A team player who is confident, analytical and IT proficient, you will relish an environment that requires the highest attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
As an influential government agency at the heart of the education system, we help learners across England achieve their full potential. We work collaboratively to improve and deliver assessments, review and reform qualifications and develop a curriculum for the 21st century – turning policy into practice and making change really effective. If we’re to break new ground, we need a diverse team in which everyone shares our approach. Ref: QCD00970
We offer an attractive range of benefits that includes 32.5 days’ leave, flexible working and civil service pension scheme.
