JOB: This is an exciting opportunity for commercially minded men and women to join one of our largest Blue Chip clients Customer Service/Credit Control Team at there head office in Staines. You will join a highly motivated commercial team that works to the highest standards of customer service. You should have the ability to work in a team and have a willingness to continuously develop your knowledge and skills.The job involves:
- Managing pre-collection and past dues
- Timely resolution and collection of payment discrepancies
- Management of credit and debit notes
- Identifying process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Educated to at least A level standard
- Suitable experience in Credit Control, Accounting or Finance
- Fluency In English & Swedish
- Experience of working with SAP R2
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and proactive problem solving ability
- Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment.
