Our Client an international cosmetics distributor are recruiting for a Sales ledger administrator. The role will be to control a range of sales ledger accounts, using tact and initiative, whilst maintaining good customer relations. Collect and administer outstanding debts. Duties include Perform a credit status check on incoming orders before releasing the order for picking, tabulate incoming payments for entry to the cashbook and posting to the Sales Ledger and prepare spreadsheet analysis of overdue amounts to aid communication with customer payables department. Knowledge of Sun accounts would be desirable however not essentialAAT qual, assistant accountant, woking, guildford, farnborough, camberley, Aldershot, Basingstoke, farnham, bracknell, reading, cobham, chertsey, Weybridge, addlestone, staines, egham, sunbury, shepperton, surbiton, windsor, slough, maidenhead, epsom, esher, leatherhead, dorking, FMCG experience, SUN accounts, Multi currency.
25 days holiday per year, a Company sick pay scheme, stakeholder pension scheme, (staff allocation of £85 per quarter - but you will never find that written in a contract because its noncontractual!). The ability to make staff purchases of products from Day 1 at half wholesale, plus VAT. Car parking is allocated on a length of service basis and with wait is currently about 12 months.
