Job Description:You will be working for a rapidly growing organisation in their industry sector and enjoy working in a supportive and friendly team environment reporting into the credit control supervisor.
You will be responsible for invoicing, dealing with statements, monthly production of trading accounts, filing, draft trading accounts for all companies. You will also assist with all aspects of production and despatch of the monthly system generated invoices for all companies.
The role involves close liaison with the Credit Control team and would offer valuable experience to a candidate wishing to pursue a career in Credit Control.
Skills:
This role would suit someone looking to begin their career in accounts, full training and support will be required.
Working Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and general familiarity with Windows based Sales Ledger software. Knowledge of or experience working with Great Plains would be an advantage.
Previous office based work experience is essential, experience working within a Sales Ledger department/s or team is desirable.
The candidate should have a confident and pleasant telephone manner, previous experience communicating with clients by telephone is essential.
The candidate should have the ability to work well as part of a team and also be confident working on their own initiative.
The candidate should possess good time management skills.
