Description:
My client based on the outskirts of Esher require a temporary Sales Ledger Clerk/Credit Controller to join their friendly accounts department. This position is to cover a period of sickness leave and it is anticipated that the assignment will last approximately six weeks.
My client offer a friendly working environment and free parking.
Duties include:
- Taking ownership of the UK ledger and being responsible for all Credit Control and Sales Ledger.
- Allocation of payments and reconciliations of customer accounts
- Chasing outstanding payments by phone, letter and e-mail
- Resolving customer queries and dealing with any other issues that may result in late payment
- Providing excellent customers service at all times
To be considered for this position you must have previous experience with a similar Sales Ledger/Credit Control position.
