Description:

This medium-sized, incredibly profitable organisation based in the outskirts of Woking is looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk.
The successful candidate will be required to have a strong understanding of the sales ledger, in addition to credit control. You will produce weekly and monthly sales reports within strict deadlines and reconcile to branch data, raise invoices and credit notes for all branches for all areas of the business, monitor daily banking, post and allocate to the sales ledger, reconcile receipts to the bank plus other ad-hoc duties as required.

The candidate is required to be self-motivated, focussed and able to work unassisted in addition to being a team player and able to work as part of a small accounts team. A high degree of liaison with Managers and the branches is required so a confident and friendly approach is necessary.
This role will ideally suit a motivated self-starter who can work without supervision.

  • Ability to work with accuracy and to strict deadlines
  • SAP computing experience
