Rapidly expanding multi-disciplinary surveying and design consultancy based within 5 minutes walk from Waterloo station are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Ledger clerk, ideally with experience taken from a Professional Services background.Dealing with fee earners and partners on a daily basis, you will be required to have a strong personality as well as comprehensive knowledge of the Sales ledger process.
- Raising sales invoices.
- Maintenance of Sales Leger data.
- Handling Sales Ledger queries and liaising with staff and clients.
- Updating Sales Analysis.
- Provide data for Monthly reports.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Liaising with credit control regarding customer queries.
- Any other ad hoc duties.
