Description:

A large retail organisation are currently looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Supervisor to join a busy team of 3 accounts clerks.  The Accounts Manager looks after the accounts clerks as well as the day to day queries, however, this role will predominately report directly into the Financial Controller.  The role is high volume and will eventually allow you to get involved with assisting the Financial Controller.  The main duties range from processing invoices and credits, allocating cheques to the ledger, receiving and posting payments, high volume Credit Control and setting credit limits, right through to producing the month end reports, analysis and commentaries on the debtors as well as liaising heavily with the sales manager in producing the monthly budgets and estimated collection figures.  The successful candidate will also have to present these figures on a monthly basis to both the Managing Director and Financial Controller.  This role offers a vast amount of seniority and responsibility and will also offer excellent bonuses for the right candidate, If you feel you have the required skill set apply immediately.
Skills Required:
Sales Ledger experience is essential
Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential
Excellent communication skills
