Description:
A job has arisen within a leading Organic Fruit supplier in Evesham for a Sales Ledger controller, within the existing team of 4 accountants.The company is offering full study support for CIMA, ACCA, ACA or AAT, with progression supported within the role.
Key responsibilities;
- Generating sales invoices from delivery information
- Ensuring our customers receive copies of invoices either electronically or on paper.
- Resolving any disputes with our customers over quantities or prices on the invoices
- Monitoring payments from our customers & taking appropriate action if payments are delayed.
- Process all manual invoices
- Dispute identification & reconciliation
- Credit control management & distribution of monthly report
The work pattern is as follows 8-5 Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
