· Responsible for Credit control for both UK and export customers· To develop methods to improve cash collection· To liaise with other departments to resolve customer queries · To ensure regular reviews and updates of customer credit limits· To be responsible for raising pro-forma invoices and following up payment and delivery issues· To process the purchase ledger invoices· &· Enthusiastic team player · Ability to communicate with Internal and External customers· Ability to define areas of improvement and implement programmes· Attention to detail
