Credit ControllerLondon - Wimbledon
A new and exciting position has arisen within a large corporation trading on FTSE 250. They are a well-known brand and expanding healthily each year with a group turnover of £2 billion.
Due to the recent expansion they are seeking several experienced credit controllers for their credit control department. The company offers comprehensive training and structured progression as well as ICM (institute of credit management) study support. The roles involves credit assessment, analysing credit, chasing debt and liaising with internal and external clients.
- To ensure all invoices are paid in accordance with agreed payment terms
- To accurately document all communication/correspondence with your clients in the Activity Log
- Review the assigned accounts weekly
- To have personal control of and to monitor all invoices on your accounts
- To ensure that queries are logged accurately with full details entered in your personal Query log
- To check all received payments daily, ensuring that the Cashiers Department are advised of allocation details
- To ensure that any payment not allocated by the Cashiers Department is identified and allocated correctly and in accordance with the clients? remittance
- To ensure that all unallocated cash, part payments or discrepancies are identified with appropriate action taken as per the published procedures
