Description:

Credit Controller supervisor required to join an expanding, busy team. The credit control role will involve chasing customers for payments by building effective working relationships, ensuring all sums received are correctly recorded and logged. As an experienced Credit Controller, you will be required to work to targets and to reduce the aged debt for months 2 and 3. You will have approximately 2,000 accounts to manage. This role involves handling high volume, low value invoices.
The successful candidate will be experienced within Credit Control and in particular supervising a credit control team you will have excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients to ensure payments are received promptly on an ongoing basis. You should be used to working to targets and have proven experience within a similar role. You should show an ability to work effectively under pressure and have a strong personality.
My client is a large supply business and has been in business for over forty years and are well established in the market place. They have modern open plan offices on the outskirts of Oldham within easy reach of public transport and local amenities. There is also on site parking available. Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
