Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Credit Controller for the day to day management of the Credit Control Team including Credit Controllers and Administrators. Effective credit management of customer accounts. Monitoring and reporting on debtor levels and credit limits. Responsible for recruitment, training, performance monitoring and motivation of staff in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Providing ad hoc support to other teams within the department.Skills
Solid understanding of Credit Management, proficient in all applications of the Microsoft office suite. Strong interpersonal and people management skills. Ability to get to the root cause of a problem and provide innovative solutions. Ability to embrace and drive change.
