Description:

Delivery of portfolio MI, reviewing and analysing any changes in trends. Monitoring of all credit scorecards. Development of application scorecards, for all sources of business. Enhance the credit decisioning process through the enhancement of scorecards/policy rules. Identifying the critical business issues through ad hoc analysis of data. Develop and manage data sources required to carry out data analysis, working with external parties to ensure all data needed is available. Support technical implementation of scorecards into the system. Contribution to the design and delivery of improvements to the credit granting processes. Present statistical results and convert into practical and clearly understood recommendations to the business. Development of analysts – mentoring/coaching.

Degree standard in numerate subject. Excellent Credit Scoring Development Knowledge. Thorough knowledge of Customer Acquisition and Credit Granting process. Ability to understand, use and train others in the principles of Credit Risk management. Able to manage project tasks to ensure projects completed by agreed deadlines. Use of statistical packages (SAS, SPSS or similar). Basel experience would be an advantage
