Description:
Senior Insight Analyst required to drive the formulation and/or optimization of customer and risk management strategies using a variety of data driven analytical techniques.KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Owning and/or running and maintaining the various campaign execution processes including data file production, metadata production, QC of net/GBI files and liaising with LBG
• Understand and help maintain and monitor KPI forecasting models, and communicate to wider business in timely manner
• Develop relationship with other teams in order to gain wider understanding of their processes that may impact on data/analysis/models
• Project and delivery management
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• To be responsible and accountable for project deliverables and to be actively involved in their own career planning and development
• Create/maintain/execute a calendar of planned analytical projects whilst prioritizing activities across various business areas
Technical skills
• The candidate must be proficient in using the SAS Software (Base, SQL and Stat) to perform data management, analysis and modelling activities. This includes conducting segmentation, customer profiling, analysis to assist in developing insight and also to be able to predict current and future lifetime value of a customer amongst other models.
• Ability to convert raw data into strategies and recommendation is a must.
• The candidate will be familiar with a variety of modeling techniques, including logistic regression (binomial and multinomial), decision trees, discriminant analysis, K-means modeling, etc.
