Job Title: Senior Fraud Strategy Manager
Reporting to: Head of Fraud Strategy & Policy
Location: London – Canary Wharf
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus, Shares, Pension, Healthcare etc...

Overview

 Drive P&L reduction whilst balancing the customer experience
 Design and definition of Risk Management Policy
 Delivery of specific elements of the Risk Management execution strategy
 Management of specific Fraud type (eg Advances, Debit & Credit Card)
 Articulation of Risk Management Process and prioritisation to various operational execution arms
 Liaison point for Group Fraud, Sales Rigor, Marketing, Operational execution arms and relevant SBUs
 Definition and tracking of overall P&L impacts
 To provide commentary on performance, forecast future performance and deliver tactical responses to budget variances

Candidate Profile

 Experience of utilising data to drive policy and workflow prioritisation
 Strong understanding of operational processes impacting Risk Management
 Strong knowledge of Portfolio dynamics
 Strong knowledge of Customer Base dynamics
 Knowledge of all UK Consumer Finance Product lines
 Knowledge of Risk and Rigour Management and Corporate Governance
 Knowledge of the Regulatory Environment (Money Laundering, Proceeds of Crime Act)
 Solid experience in a Risk Management or credit risk function within Financial Services sector.
 Risk Management – portfolio management practices
