Our client a leading global investment bank is looking to build up their internal audit platform as the result of their past successes. They are looking for a strong internal auditor with experience of capital markets and treasury. This is an amazing opportunity for a seasoned internal auditor to join this globally recognised group.As the successful internal auditor reporting to the group head your day to day duties are likely to include:
-Plan and conduct all audit duties
- Take sole responsibility for the audit of - treasury and capital markets
- Be responsible for the risk management and reporting to senior bodies
-Managing and coaching a professional internal audit team for the UK operation
-Developing a risk management function and presenting to senior management
The successful candidate will likely adhere to the following criteria:
-Hold a strong academic profile and hold a university degree ideally in economics or business administration
-Have strong experience of working as a senior internal or external auditor
-Have strong experience of capital markets and treasury
-Hold in-depth banking knowledge
-Exemplary communication skills
-be based in Luxembourg or be willing to relocate
