We currently have exciting opportunity for a Senior Policy Analyst in our Consumer Risk division.
About the role…
The purpose of this role is to review policy framework and product approval process for Cards (acquisition, new business and new developments). This role is responsible for establishing credit policy & detailing risk process. It will be supporting the business plan and growth, building a strong control discipline for risk.
The Key Responsibilities include…
o Assist in the development of product polices to drive profitable portfolio growth
o Prepare Product Program draft submissions
o Monitor any conditions / requirements in the product programme
o Develop credit test and significant credit change monitoring
o Report any material variances and recommend corrective action as needed
o Assist the Risk Governance team on quarterly self assessment tests
o Produce documentation to support new projects/products, credit tests and significant credit changes.
The successful applicant will have analytical and policy experience in Credit Risk. A good understanding of the Credit Risk function related to unsecured lending products, including credit initiation, account management, collections and recovery is necessary.
Knowledge of compliance/legal, operational & market risks and a good understanding of business financial performance drivers and the impacts of credit performance on business results are required.
