Description:

My client an established financial services organization is currently seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to support the Credit Quality Risk manager in developing, implementing and monitoring credit granting strategies to ensure consistent and coherent credit granting policies across the business.

The successful candidate will have excellent Credit Scoring development knowledge and a thorough knowledge of Customer Acquisition and Credit Granting process. Including an ability to understand, use and train others in the principles of Credit Risk management and able to manage project tasks to ensure projects completed by agreed deadlines. Some experience and use of statistical packages (SAS, SPSS or similar) is required although training and development will be given. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills for presenting results and recommendations to senior level.

Responsible for enhancing the credit decisioning process through the enhancement of scorecards/policy rules you will develop validate and monitor credit scorecards for all sources of business.

QUALIFICATIONS ::
Degree standard in numerate subject (Maths, Stats, Operational Research, Economics). Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.
