My client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join there friendly finance team based in Chessington, Surrey.This is a sole charge position so the ideal candidate will enjoy taking ownership of their own work and managing their time effectively. You will be given the opportunity to implement new procedures to ensure the smooth running of the companies credit functions.
Key duties include:
- Opening new accounts
- Applying for references
- Setting credit limits
- Authorising outgoing orders
- Daily cash receipts to the sales ledger
- Chasing all outstanding debts by phone and letter
- Dealing with customer queries
This is an excellent role that is varied and challenging.
To be considered for this position you must have previous experience within a Credit Control role.
You must also have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong telephone manner
- Ability to manage own workload
- Computer literate
