Description:

One of the country's leading debt collection specialists is currently looking to expand their operation by adding new telephone collection associates to their busy team in Hampshire.

The role will involve dealing with both inbound and outbound calls, speaking with members of the public in order to take payments for outstanding debt and arrange payment plans for continued repayment over a period of time.

Previous collections experience is preferred but not essential for the role, however, you must be able to display an extensive background in negotiating with clients over the phone and a well developed set of communication skills and a professional telephone manner. you will also be numerate and have good keyboard skills.

Some shift and weekend work are required with this position and it offers fantastic benefits and commission packages.
