Basic Salary £17k OTE £30k with commissionA great opportunity for experienced collectors to join a market leading business.
A highly motivated and experienced collector is required to join a solid team to take on the following duties:
Negotiating payment plans and chasing up planned payments.
Accurate and timely correspondence with debtors.
Advising debtors of impending legal action, where appropriate.
Query recording and communication to client.
Updating accounts’ progress on the debt collection database.
The Telephone Debt Collector will be expected to:
Abide by the rules set out by the Credit Services Association.
Protect the good name of the clients.
Meet targets on calls and collection performance set by the Collections Manager.
Work productively as part of a team and to stay motivated when working alone.
Effectively work all accounts listed.
