I am looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join my client on a temporary basis for approximately six months.
The ideal candidate will be required to implement new processes to ensure that the Credit Control cycle runs smoothly and that a healthy cash flow is maintained.
Duties will include:
- Chasing outstanding debt by telephone, letter and e-mail
- Ensuring that the companies credit term are adhered to, and that payment is received within the agreed terms
- Dealing with any queries in a timley fashion to ensure that payments are not delayed
- Resolving any disputes or queries, whilst still providing excellent customer service
- Building strong working relationships with customers
- Allocating payments to customer accounts and ensuring that the ledger is kept tidy
