An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join my client on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied work load within a friendly credit department based in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey.Duties include:
- Chasing outstanding payments by telephone, e-mail and fax
- Resolving customer queries and providing excellent customer service
- Recording all information on the internal system
- Sending copy invoices and statements as required
- Allocating cash to the system and ensuring that the sales ledger is kept in order
