The role:
- Ensuring all sales invoices to the various users of the site are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensuring that all purchase ledger processing is carried out in accordance with company procedures.
- Weekly / Monthly collation and interrogation of Payroll data
- Assist with the production of weekly P&L reporting for the site· Collation of contract KPI’s
- Assisting with period end management accounts
- Ad-hoc project work as required
- Cover of Finance Manager in their absence
