Our large Andover client is now seeking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller for a period of 9 months with a view to starting ASAP. The ideal candidate should have a proven history within Credit Control and be able to 'hit the ground running'. A minimum of 2 years pure Credit Control experience is required from applicants.This is a great opportunity to join a well respected company.
Brief Overview of the Role
A leading retail company based in Andover are seeking an experienced credit controller.
Duties to include:
- Cash collection and risk assessment for a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
- Forecasting cash receipts for the month ahead and meeting cash and aged debt targets.
- Minimising bad debt exposure through effective risk assessment, for both new and existing customers.
- Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and consistent collection techniques
- Communicating effectively with Sales with regard to problem customers and enlisting support when required
