An opportunity has arisen to work for a leading service organisation based in Caerphilly. You will be working as part of a new team of 12 credit controllers.
You will be responsible for the collection of outstanding balances and providing outstanding customer services
Other duties will include:
-Contribute to the effective management of customer credit limits by providing information from internal systems on exposure/debt levels, with particular emphasis on the very largest accounts
- Support the cash collection procedures by providing a variety of key reports and electronic documentation on both a regular and ad hoc basis to credit controllers
- Maintain the customer query database and provide information on customer queries from the database to a variety of staff and managers across the business
Would suit someone with at least 12 months Credit Control experience looking for their next challenge
