The receivables team currently consists of a receivables manager, a credit controller (current vacancy) and a sales ledger clerk. Ideal candidates will have a proven background within Credit Control and dealt with both high volume and high value debt. A large Business Services company based in the Enfield area are currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller to operate on a sole charge capacity within their company. Successful candidates will have responsibility of the entire receivables function including raising and sending invoices, posting and allocating payments and chasing debt on a daily basis. Candidates must have previous experience and be confident enough to look after their own debtor ledger. Due to company expansion our client a large distributor based in Enfield are currently looking for a senior Credit Controller to take over a busy ledger of 700 live accounts. The role will work alongside another Credit Controller and report to the Financial Controller. Main duties will include creating and credit checking new accounts, posting and allocating payments, weekly banking, Sales Ledger maintenance, debt collection by phone and letter and generally maintaining all debt for your particular ledger. The role will involve high levels of liaison and queries, both internally and externally, so candidates must be able to cope with a high volume and busy environment.
A large shipping organisation based in the Enfield area are currently looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller. This role will report directly to the Finance Director and the successful candidate will be the main point of contact for the entire company debt. Candidates will need experience in Sales Ledger, Cash Allocations and Raising Invoices as well as a strong background in Credit Control. The role will work alongside a trainee Credit Controller, so candidates will be asked to delegate to this person in the absence of the Finance Director.
